Job Description
2) Ensure loads are planned and loaded on time.
3) Optimise vehicle utilisation
4) Assess and minimize risk factors in the operation to ensure profitability
5) planning and loading of trucks
6)monitoring trucks enroute and offloading
7)administration
8)carry out any other reasonable request form management which arise from time to time related to the job
9)to ensure that all trucks are at the loading and offloading on time and to ensure a good client working relationship
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as logistics coordinator
Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
minimum 4 years working experience.
