Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and plan WFM systems
o Understand the WFM environment and assist to configure the system according to the customer’s requirements
o Identify and advise on business and system processes
o Advise and guide customers on business processes and policies
o Scope Technical and Functional design documents
o Configure the customer’s rules within the setup of the system
o Facilitate the population of the blueprint
o Consult with and advise customers on best practices, industry standards, and legislation compliance within the customers’ WFM space

• Integrate WFM system with customers systems
o Identify which systems the WFM system needs to be integrated with from the blueprint

• Implement WFM system for customers
o Configure the system according to the blueprint
o Facilitate user acceptance testing with clients
o Deploy the WFM system

• Conduct Training for WFM customers and Internal requirements
o Develop training material and slide decks
o Conduct end user training with client’s end users and super users
o Continually develop own skills to improve training methods and product knowledge
o Keep skills updated by attending regular training on the UKG training portal
o Hand Hold end users and day to day operation teething problems

• Project Closure and debrief
o Participate and contribute to project post-mortem meetings

• Provide after sales support
o Provide end to end system support to clients (on-site and remote)
o Attend to assigned service calls promptly for optimum resolution
o Use the UKG global support system to log and resolve complex product issues
o Provide Help Desk support
o Provide root cause analysis upon customer’s request
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Constantly and proactively Learn about and understand the entire UKG Application product line
o Use the UKG On-line library as a source of technical information
o Use the Product Forums to log questions and receive responses from other Consultants and UKG Reps around the world
o Stay abreast of changes that occur in UKG day-to-day business
o Participate in Web Virtual Training / Webinars when available
o Solid interpersonal skills to interface with co-workers and customers and manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
o Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and a strong desire to excel.

Educational Qualifications:

Essential
• Matric
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• UKG Certification

Advantageous
• Microsoft certifications
Experience

• At least 1 - 3 years’ experience in working with UKG systems (Workforce Central & Workforce Pro), applications, customer environments.
• PC application software experience (MS Office Suite)
• Time and Labour management system experience
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software applications and hardware used in web environments
• Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, solution design and implementation
