Job Description

Our institution is looking for an appointment scheduler, The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for scheduling appointments, providing online insurance verification, triage phones calls from patients and facilities, This position will work in tandem with front desk and patient care secretaries
Responsibilities for appointment scheduler:
Builds effective partnerships with internal teams to offer and provide exceptional, seamless customer service
Support the C
Multitask between answering incoming phone calls and responding to emails
Schedule appointments via phone, email, and company websites
Complete branch requests
Ability to build a working relationships
Obtaining delivery appointments for selected accounts via phone, e-mail and website
Confirming delivery appointments and date change notifications for internal and external customers
Rescheduling and managing late or missed loads by working with customers, carriers, plants and Customer Service Associates
Researching, analyzing and resolving on-time delivery issues

Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to understand & communicated effectively & diplomatically w/ all levels of personnel
General knowledge of organizational procedures & the ability to apply them to various situations
Ability to work a multi-line phone
Demonstration of progressively responsible experience requiring effective prioritization, troubleshooting, strong attention to detail, and working independently
Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple items simultaneously and produce high-quality work in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
Demonstrated work ethic and reliability
Ability to respect and protect confidential information
Can work independently, but within a team environment
Salary:
13.370,00 ZAR Monthly
