Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our optometry services.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
- Recent matriculants are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comprehensive training will be provided.

Requirements:
- Must have matric (18 - 22 years lady)
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Balanced trading hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00
- Fridays: 08:00 to 18:00
- Saturdays: 08:00 to 16:00
