Job Description
A+ certification
Network+ (N+) certification
Valid drivers' license
Experience with Hikvision, MikroTik and Ubiquity products (advantageous)
Knowledge of backup power solutions such as UPS's and solar panels (advantageous)
Description of duties:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and networks
Provide on-site support to clients across various locations
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT systems
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
Hands-on work with IT hardware and equipment
Installation and maintenance of backup power solutions
