Workshop Supervisor/ Manager

Brief description of the vacancy:

• Full time on site position for a workshop manager in Heidelberg at the manufacturing plant
• Individual will be responsible for the Vacuum and Preparation workshops
• Ideally the candidate will have refrigeration body building experience and a working knowledge of vacuum presses, insulated panels assembly line and quality control process

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in manufacturing / production
• Refrigerated body building, production line and lean manufacturing, processes
• Higher level supervision skills and able to be a working manager on floor level

Qualifications required:

• Post matric
• Higher certificate or diploma beneficial
Required Skills:

• Strong leadership skills
• Well spoken
• Verbal communication
• Problem solving skills essential
• Team player who is fully involved throughout manufacturing process
