Job Description
Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
Salary: R 25 000 - R 35 000 (depending on experience)
The successful candidate will be responsible for reports, daily reconciliations of the bank, trade-in clearing account, and floorplan and tasked with invoicing and managing bills to be paid for the day—monthly reporting and reconciliations between DMS and accounting system along with administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Industry experience of 2 years minimum (Motor Dealership if possible, but not required)
- Computer skills a must
- Excel proficient
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in financial reconciliation and monthly reporting
- Experience in using accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficient at Excel
- Ability to adapt to new systems
- Salary:
- 35.000,00 ZAR Monthly
