Job Description
Location: Randburg, Gauteng
Salary: R25 000 - R35 000 (Depending on Experience)
Brief Description: The Successful Candidate will be Responsible For Reports, Daily Reconciliations of bank, Trade-in clearing account, floorplan and tasked with invoicing and managing bills to be paid for the day. Monthly reporting and reconciliations between DMS and accounting system along with administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate and accounting degree
- Xero experience is a must
- Industry experience of 2 years minimum (Motor Dealership if possible, but not required)
- Computer Skills
- Excel Proficient
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience in financial reconciliation and monthly reporting
- Experience in using accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to adapt to new systems
