Job Description

Administration
• Drafting and updating member benefit information packs
• Drafting and updating of client in-house packs
• Understanding of the client benefit structures and admin processes
• Manage query escalations and resolution, of risk benefit claims and retirement fund claims
• Manage Section 14 transfer processes until finalisation, with guidance from the Consultant
• Updating of the company drive
• Logging and updating of the relevant CRM system
• May be required, as and when to assist with schedule queries
• May be required, as and when to assist with risk benefit underwriting and claims, and retirement fund claims
• May be required, as and when requested to assist with healthcare queries
• New client installations
• Benefit Revisions
• Benefit Quotes and Rebrokes
• Annual/Quarterly/Bi-Annually Benefit Statements
• MANCO Pack preparations and minutes, to be approved by Consultant
Member and Client Engagement
• May be required, as and when requested to conduct member induction sessions
• Member queries relating to benefits with Consultant’s guidance
• Client queries relating to processes
• Escalated query management and resolution
• Benefit Statement distribution
• May be required, as and when requested to assist with risk benefit underwriting
• Member Communication
Salary:
25.000,00 ZAR Monthly
