Salary
R 35 000 - R 60 000 (Depending on Experience)
Key Requirements
Experience:
5-7+ years in business development, sales, and marketing, with at least 3 years in the lending or banking industries.
Education:
NQF7 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, or a similar field.
Other:
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Key Competencies:
Strategic Leadership:
Design and lead an integrated business development and sales strategy.
Project Management:
Drive all aspects of business development, sales, and marketing projects.
Risk Management:
Assess risks relevant to the business development department.
Financial Management:
Conduct regular financial reporting.
Marketing Initiatives:
Develop and manage marketing campaigns and communication initiatives.
