Position: Internal Telesales Representative
Location: Tygervalley Area, Bellville, Cape Town
Experience Required:*Minimum 10 years in fundraising for non-profit organizations
Key Responsibilities:
- Find, Qualify and Engage with potential clients through phone calls, using your fundraising expertise to build and maintain strong relationships through confirming sales appointments for the national sales manager and/or managing director.
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create personalized customer experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales CRM and CRM interactions and contributions.
