Hotel Store Manager

A 5* Hotel situated in Polokwane is looking for a hands-on Stores Manager.
Requirements
Matric
Hospitality Degree / Diploma will be an advantage.
Extensive knowledge of food and beverage items
Minimum 3 Years experience in a management position
Previous experience in a store management/logistics management position.
Micros System experience or other stock management systems preferable.

Duties and Responsibilities
Stock control and purchasing of all food and beverage stock, including equipment, smalls and maintenance or any other request.
Control of Hotel vehicles.
Responsible for all store operations
Allocate staff to do requisitions, issuing and bulk prep and portioning
Responsible for the management of store cleanliness and stock rotation
Responsible for training of staff
Effective management of personnel
