Job Description

General Service Department Manager
• Assistant to store manager.
• Able to oversee all service departments
• Extensive experience in any of these (deli, butchery, produce and
bakery)
• Bakery or Produce experience would be preferred.
Salary range: R20 000 – R25 000. potential to earn incentive
Produce Manager OR Bakery Manager
• Must be able to manage any one or both the departments
• Able to do ordering, costings, GPS, etc
Salary range: R18 000 – R20 000
Criteria:
• Own car / transport is essential
• Relevant qualification in Retail or Management
• Excellent English communication skills
• Able to motivate and manage the team
• Drive excellence in customer service
• Min 5 years experience in retail management
• Computer Experience is essential
• Excellent administration skills with great attention to detail
• Prepared to work shifts, and overtime as needed
