Technical Manager (Marine Industry)

1. Technical expert on all products sold by the business
2. Uphold the standards of equipment, aftermarket sales, maintenance and servicing as required by the OEMs
3. Uphold a high standard of relationship and service with the dealer and technical services networks of the business
4. Work closely with the sales engineers in the business
5. Work closely with the customers
6. Responsible for the administration of engines, service contracts, service campaigns and warranties
7. Part of the management team of the business
8. Strategically minded, technically qualified, strong administration skills
9. Technical expertise – Marine engines, and ancillary products
10. 15-20 years of work experience, 5-10 in a management role
11. Strong team player
12. Individually motivated
