Overview:
Our client, a well-known and established wine estate located in the Franschhoek region, has a vacant position for an experienced and talented HEAD CHEF.
The estate is renowned for its upmarket restaurant and tasting room, picnics, wedding and event facilities and gardens, to mention a few. The estate also provides several upmarket holiday cottages.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Head Chef, with a great passion for the industry, ability to create innovative menus, up to date with culinary trends and ability to lead and manage a profitable kitchen operation effectively.
