Job Description
Pick Me Recruitment is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead and manage the overall hotel operations and activities of a sophisticated property in Franschhoek.
Job Purpose:
The Hotel Manager has the full responsibility for and directs the full operations, service logistics and activities of the Hotel Team to ensure that the hotel achieves its financial objectives.
This role ensures that guests receives exceptional levels of personalised service and works closely with the relevant Hotel Teams to affect a coordinated effort between different teams to ensure facilities and equipment are in perfect conditions and working order.
The role develops guest and market intelligence and uses the plan to execute the activities of the hotel such as pricing, service offering, staffing and employee engagement, CAPEX, compliance, health & safety, control and reporting.
In conjunction with Sales, Finance, HR and Marketing functions develop strategy, objectives and action plans to ensure the hotels efficient and profitable operations.
