Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR and Staffing Manager to support our expanding operations. This role is critical in recruiting, onboarding, training, and managing our office and event staff to ensure smooth and successful event execution and achievement of company goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the events industry, excellent organizational skills, and a talent for identifying and nurturing talent. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in the Festival / Events industry.

Experience Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or staffing, preferably in the events or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support employee relations and address employee inquiries and concerns
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in performance management and employee evaluation processes
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
