Qualifications / Requirements:
• Minimum of Matric
• Minimum of 2 years sales experience, gained in a technical or construction-related industry
• Energetic and personable Internal Sales Rep with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand technical specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
• Experience with:
- Managing quote requests and providing accurate details
- Following up on quotes
- Assisting External Sales Representatives
Key Performance Areas:
• Quotation management:
- Receive and process quotation requests from customers
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
- Follow up on quotations to convert them into sales
- Collaborate with the Draftsman to address any technical queries related to quotations
• Customer service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Address customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Sales support:
- Assist External Sales Representatives with quotation preparation and technical queries
- Provide support to the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
• Performance measurement:
- Track and report on quotation conversion rates
• Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Draftsman and External Sales team to ensure technical accuracy of quotations
