Job Description

Bugz Playpark requires a Full-time Manager with a can-do attitude and willing to learn in different departments. The person must be between the ages of 28 -48years.
The person will work across various departments in a Managerial position.

REQUIREMENTS:

-Valid Driver's license & do not live further than 25km from Bugz Playpark.
-Required to work weekends and public holidays. Off days will be during the week
-Healthy and fit (You will mostly be on your feet )
-Computer literate. Great Word, Excel and the use of Google Drive skills
-Strong administrative and time management skills.
-Have to be well organized and detail oriented.
-The candidate must be eager to learn, have flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and positions within the company.
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Able to calmly deal with customer complaints and other situations
-A profound follower of rules and processes
-Gain knowledge and an understanding of all departments within the business
-First aid certificate and PDP license will be a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Reporting, managing & overseeing teams & tasks.
- Manage different departments & operations within the park,
- Manage a team of junior staff mostly students and scholars
-Answering of phones & responding to emails
- Compiling staff schedules
-Company admin duties
-Deal with deadlines that demand immediate attention and bring order to chaos.
-Our team consists of individuals with a can-do attitude and are "all -rounders". With this being said, the above responsibilities may vary from time to time. You would need to have a willing and flexible approach when it comes to your duties in order to get to know every department responsibilities within the company.
