Retail Sales Assistance (kick start your work experience)

We are looking for individuals willing to kick start their experience in the work force industry, as a new Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

Responsibilities:
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board
Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
Suggest sales process improvements

Requirements
Matric / NQF level 4
SA ID / ASYLUM.
Must be a cape town resident.
No experience needed.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
