Key Responsibilities:
• Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans, align production schedules with demand forecasts, and coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Supply Chain Analytics: Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels. Present insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Customer Representation: Act as the primary contact for key customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication, resolving issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, ensuring business continuity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with expertise in planning, analytics, and customer service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software, analytics tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
