About the Role:

Are you a dynamic and creative content creator with a passion for driving brand awareness and engagement? you'll play a key role in developing and producing material that resonates with our target audience. Collaborate closely with our marketing associate to write, edit, blog, design, and update various content forms, while assisting in uploading content across multiple social media platforms.



Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation Strategy: Develop innovative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Marketing Content and Dissemination: Produce and distribute high-quality content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and websites.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, field agents, and third parties.



Required Experience and Skills:

Proven Experience: 5 years of proven experience in marketing, social media content creation, and social media account management.

Industry Experience: Specific industry experience is highly advantageous.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress.



Critical Technical and Analytical Skills:

Strategic Planning: Skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data to make evidence-based decisions and enhance marketing strategies.

Business Development: Understanding of business growth processes, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and client acquisition.

SEO Knowledge: Competent in SEO tools and practices to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.

Marketing Strategy Execution: Capable of planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Company Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company’s services and the ability to communicate benefits effectively to clients.
