Job Description

Inherent requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience within operations, sales and/or customer service within the Training Sector industry
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• A valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential)

Duties and responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently
• Deliver and offer excellent value-added services to clients
• Monitor, follow up and ensure resolution to client queries within the stipulated timeframe
• Ensure that clients are visited as per the specified schedule
• Actively market new sales developments and/or value propositions to clients
• Manage budgets, resources and timelines to meet financial objectives
• Effective management of site-based Supervisors / Managers
• Ensure adherence to legislative compliance with all polices and standard operating procedures
• Continuously conduct research to ensure sales growth
• Maintain / Improve gross profit in line with business strategy
• Control operational costs effectively
• Conduct presentations up to Board level as and when required
• Maintain accurate records relating to all allocated clients
• Ensure that all documentation, such as costings, are completed and authorized as per company standards, and submitted for processing
• Ensure that all revenue growth and / or new sales are achieved in an ethical manner
• Submit reports to the EXCO (Executive Committee) and / or clients as required

Interviewing process: 1 to 2 Panel interviews
