Job Description

Insurance Claims Consultant

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng
Salary: R13k - R17k

We are seeking a smart and detail-oriented individual to join our Client's team as an Insurance Claims Consultant. If you thrive in a competitive environment and have excellent people skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Requirements:
A-grade average in Matric, especially in Mathematics.
BA or BCom Degree.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities:
Administering claims and opening files.
Day-to-day self-management of claims.
Direct claims input on systems.
Ensuring appropriate controls are in place for valid claims settlement.
Managing repudiations, ensuring fairness, and maintaining diplomatic communication.
Application of policy terms and conditions.
Handling AdHoc projects as required.
