Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and other analytics tools to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and transforming large datasets, as well as developing reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making within the company.

Responsibilities:
Collect, maintain, and process large volumes of data from various sources.
Develop, manage, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest optimizations to enhance company performance.
Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and valuable insights.
Support management in data analysis routines using Power BI.
Provide user support for Power BI tool usage.
Manage user access to folders and documents.
Maintain effective communication with internal clients and management.
Assist during certification and audit periods.
-Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the data analytics field.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Power tools (Advanced Power BI, Intermediate Power Automate).
Strong knowledge of M and DAX languages (Power Query and Power BI).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive tools.
Knowledge of Google Sheets (including Google Forms).
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
Strong documentation skills.
Expertise in data modelling and table relationships.
Experience with results management and KPIs.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Knowledge of Python, experience with Google Apps Script and familiarity with JavaScript.
Experience with design tools such as Canva and Figma.
Fluency in Portuguese is an advantage but not essential.
Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with internal clients and management.
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
Proactive approach in proposing improvements and exploring technological innovations.
