MANAGERS ASSISTANT/SALES PROCESSOR

A Wholesaler and retailer of automotive replacement parts are currently looking to employ a Managers Assistant/ Sales Processor to start immediately, or as soon as possible, at their branch in Maitland

Requirements:
 Grade 12
 25 – 30
 Must have Sales Processing and Pricing experience
 Will receive training on ERP System.
 Must have good communication skills and be well presented
 Must have the ability to work in a computerized environment
 Must be target driven and a team player
 Own Transport

Duties include, but are not limited to:
 Assisting Branch Manager with Daily Sales and visiting clients
 Provide telephonic, email and online communication and demonstrations to build loyal client relationships
 Confirm orders
 Process orders
 Pricing
 Quotes
 Responsible for processing and generating leads to the sales team to produce sales targets
 Confirm appointments, communicate with clients and update client records
 All administrative duties as given by Branch Manager
