Job Description
Duties:
Elemental estimating: Accurate forecasting of construction project costs
Construction cost management: Monitoring and managing budgets throughout project lifecycle
Monthly progress reports: Creating and analyzing reports on construction progress
Cost reports: Preparing detailed cost analysis reports
Feasibility Studies
Preparing cost plans
Preparing Procurement documents
Preparing tender Evaluation
Contract Administration etc
Valuations, Payment certificates
Final Accounts
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• BSc QS (Hons) Degree ot BTech (QS)
• Minimum 8 years post qualification
• Private sector experience
• Must be registered with SACQSP
• Candidate that already hold a PR(QS) will be viewed Favoruly
