To assist in leading the team at the Lodge, ensuring guests have a seamless, personalized, and unforgettable safari experience.

The Assistant GM will uphold the lodge’s high standards in hospitality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Ensure every guest is welcomed warmly and leaves with unique, memorable experiences.

Collaborate with guides and management to create custom guest experiences (e.g., bush breakfasts, sunset boat rides, personalized game drives).

Deputize Food & Beverage Department - ( Strong skills )

Restaurant & Bar management

Deputize Front Office Department.

Guest Relations

Deputize Housekeeping Department

Room checks

Deputize Maintenance Department

Deputize HR Departments

Staff training

Qualifications and Requirements

Hospitality or Business management-related tertiary qualification at NQF 6 level

5 years Assistant General Manager / Lodge Management experience

Strong management skills in all departments (Food/Beverage, Front office,, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Finance, Human Resources )

Valid RSA ID

Driver's License & Own vehicle

Salary R 25 000 - R 30 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
