Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base
- Lead and manage a sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong collaborations with key clients and industry partners
- Develop promotional strategies and campaigns
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and sales performance reports to senior management
- Develop and implement sales operations to ensure effective account management
Requirements;
- Relevant qualification (degree) in Sales / Marketing is desirable but not a must-have
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the textile/clothing industry
- Proven people management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools and platforms
- Proven track record of success with the sales cycle from plan to close
