An opportunity has arisen for a Food & Beverage Manager at an upscale Restaurant / Bar in Menlyn. Candidates with a minimum of eight years of experience in food and beverage management are encouraged to apply. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the comprehensive management of food and beverage operations, including stock control and purchasing activities. Primary responsibilities will involve overseeing food and liquor inventory as well as handling all stock-related administrative duties. The successful candidate must exhibit strong communication skills, outstanding organizational capabilities, and analytical proficiency. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry is crucial, along with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments. Applicants should have expertise in food and liquor cost management, with relevant experience in a restaurant, bar, or F&B establishment being essential.
