The Role

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising books.
• Plan and execute in-store events, such as book signings, readings, and community activities.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor store budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
