Salary: R8,000 – R10,000 per month

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, ensure smooth coordination of sales activities, and contribute to the success of tenders and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with administrative support, including preparing quotes, proposals, and tender documents.
• Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
• Monitor tender portals for opportunities and assist in compiling required documentation.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize sales-related events.
• Conduct research to support sales initiatives and client engagements.
• Ensure all client interactions are documented and followed up promptly.
• Provide general office support and perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
• Matric certificate (Grade 12).
• Previous administrative or sales support experience (1-2 years preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
