Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for organization, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our inventory systems operate smoothly and that our products are always ready to meet customer demand.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.
Order Coordination: Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on inventory quality and address discrepancies as they arise.
Reporting: Generate detailed inventory reports for internal stakeholders to assist with planning and forecasting.
System Updates: Maintain and update inventory management systems with real-time data.
Vendor Relations: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and accurate restocking.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production, sales, and design teams to anticipate inventory needs and manage stock levels effectively.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline inventory processes for greater efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in inventory management, logistics, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with inventory management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms) and strong Excel skills.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking.
Multitasking Ability: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments effectively.
Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to address issues and implement solutions promptly.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
