Our client, an industry leader in creating innovative, tailor-made branding and marketing solutions in branding, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Facilitator to join their team.

This role involves managing the production process and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment while maintaining the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with sales administrators, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, production, or a related field.
Proven experience in production management or a similar role, preferably in the marketing and branding industry.
Experience in promotional products, and printing/ branding space.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with production management systems such as Ordermation
High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Use Ordermation, our production management system, to streamline workflows and oversee the production of orders for a team of 5 sales administrators.
Ensure orders are accurately placed with suppliers once approved.
Review, upload, and approve artwork, ensuring it aligns with brand and quality standards.
Communicate lead times to clients and provide ongoing updates to manage expectations effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, coordinating with the sales administration team to manage communications.
Oversee drivers and the company fleet, preparing and distributing daily trip lists.
Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure all orders meet company standards before dispatch.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
