Job Description

R8 500 to R9500 + Incentives

A company based in Northcliff is urgently looking for a Customer Care Agent to join their team. This role requires a candidate with strong administrative skills and a solid background in customer service. The ideal candidate should have previous call centre experience, specifically handling customer complaints, vehicle comebacks, and after-sales service within the automotive industry. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing customer concerns via email and phone while ensuring timely resolutions
Minimum Requirements:
Strong administrative skills
Previous call centre experience (handling customer complaints and queries)
Experience managing vehicle comebacks and after-sales service
Excellent communication skills (verbal and email)
Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software
Automotive industry experience preferred
Ability to work in a high-pressure, customer-facing environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Handle and resolve customer complaints and vehicle comebacks
Respond to customer queries via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-ups
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when addressing concerns
Act as a liaison between customers and service departments to resolve issues
Administration & Record-Keeping
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems with relevant details
Document customer complaints, resolutions, and feedback for future reference
Assist in tracking customer satisfaction and service quality improvements
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with service advisors, workshop teams, and sales departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues and areas for service improvement
Assist with after-sales follow-ups and customer retention efforts
