Branch Sales Managers

Requirements:

▪Will be responsible for doing own and overseeing internal and external sales and must manage and control current client database.
▪Will be required to visit Fire Departments, Chamber of Commerce offices to establish company footprint in region.
▪Must have experience in Online Marketing.
▪Be able to learn and do the completion and submissions of Tender Documents.
▪Previous experience in similar or same industry would be beneficial.
▪Experience in OHS will be an advantage.
▪Problem-solving and analytical ability.
▪Motivated self-starter, comfortable in fast-paced environment.
▪Must have a strong understanding of financials and profit margins.
▪Technical expertise and knowledge of company products.
▪Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills essential.
▪Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
▪Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
▪Strong communication and follow-up skills.
▪Superior organizational skills.
▪Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals.
▪Demonstrated success managing inventory, including forecasting and planning.
▪Must be willing to travel.
▪Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel, etc.
▪Will work on an 80/20 ratio with 80% focused on Sales and 20% on Branch Admin Controls and Management
