Outer West Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
R3 000 000 - R4 000 000 CTC per Annum
5-year Fixed Term Contract

A results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) required to lead a manufacturing group into its next growth phase.
This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial acumen to drive profitability and competitiveness.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
10 or more years in a CEO or senior executive role within manufacturing (textile industry experience advantageous).
3 or more years of turn-around experience.
In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and legal frameworks, with proven experience in their practical application.
Strategic thinking, commercial mindset, financial acumen, leadership, innovation, and stakeholder management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategy and operational plans.
Oversee all functions, including production, finance, sales, marketing, HR, and IT.
Drive business growth through market expansion and product innovation.
Foster a high-performance culture with strong leadership and talent development.
Ensure financial sustainability and compliance with regulations.
Manage stakeholder relationships and navigate a unionized environment.
Identify risks and implement business continuity plans.
