We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a mid-management role. Position Overview:
As the Mid-Level Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of our business. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for managing multiple tasks, delegating effectively, and ensuring the opening of new kiosks in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, you will focus on driving sales, reporting on business performance, and handling administrative duties with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the opening of new kiosks, ensuring they are set up efficiently and effectively
-Report on business performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
-Manage daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard
-Drive sales and performance targets, ensuring that each kiosk meets and exceeds expectations
-Handle administrative duties, including reporting, tracking sales, and managing schedules
-Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that the team works together to meet goals
-Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
-Provide leadership and support to kiosk teams, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Key Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage and delegate tasks
-Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proven ability to drive sales and business performance
-Excellent administrative skills, with experience in reporting and tracking KPIs
-Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
-Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for getting things done
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in retail, sales, or operations management is an advantage
-Knowledge of micro-lending or financial services is a plus
