Job Description

We are looking for a suitable candidate who can always maintain a professional demeanor and represent the Company brand.

The following responsibilities will apply:

* Manage office tasks such as filing, organising and updating records.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, phone calls, etc.
* Manage customer orders and and enquiries
* Capture orders and ensure accurate data entry
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the workplace is well organised.

Minimum Requirements:

* Grade 12
* Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy
* Computer literate (proficiency in Word and Excel are essential)
* Excellent communication skills
* Deadline-driven with good time management skills
* Ability to take on any ad hoc tasks
