Job Description
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of retail experience (hardware experience is a plus)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Confident, ambitious, and able to build strong relationships
- Leadership experience or previous management background is a distinct advantage
- A solid personality with a strong presence and patience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases
- Drive sales growth and meet performance targets
- Supervise and motivate a team to deliver excellent service
- Ensure store presentation and stock management are maintained
- Build strong customer relationships and handle queries professionally
