A leading hardware retailer is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our Sandown location. In this role, you will drive sales, mentor a team, and deliver exceptional customer service to ensure the success of the store and satisfaction of our customers.

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of retail experience (experience in hardware is a plus)
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Confident, ambitious, and able to build strong relationships with customers and team members
- Leadership experience or previous management background is a distinct advantage
- A solid personality with a strong presence and patience to handle various customer situations
- Must live within 20 kilometers of Dartfield Rd, Sandown, Sandton to ensure reliable commuting

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases to drive sales
- Meet performance targets and contribute to the store’s sales growth
- Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team to ensure excellent service
- Maintain store presentation and manage stock effectively
- Build strong customer relationships and address queries professionally
- Ensure the store runs smoothly and provides an exceptional shopping experience
