Job Description

Are you a strong leader with a passion for retail and team management? A leading hardware retailer is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to drive sales, support daily operations, and lead a dynamic team.

Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of retail experience (hardware experience is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills – must be able to and have experience managing a team of 8+ people
- Confident, proactive, and a strong presence on the floor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to success

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and decision-making
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store standards
- Oversee stock control, merchandising, and sales performance
- Assist with staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and team development
