Responsible for : Total Aftermarket Services
Knowledge of : Commercial Trucks aftersales and services- multi franchise dealer
Areas of responsibility:
Workshop Sales
Parts Sales
Aftersales admin routines, costings, retail, internal, warranty, maintenance contracts, accounts.
Customer service, resolving customer issues, csi, customer visits, customer solutions
Business development
Staff development/HR
Standard Dealership routines.
Pressurised environment
Senior appointment reports directly to CEO/Director.
