Job Description
Provide excellent one-on-one customer service and handle customer queries professionally
Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff
Ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand standards
Monitor stock levels and manage allocations effectively
Operate POS systems and ensure accurate cash-ups
Assist with sales targets, budgets, and profit margins
Handle administrative tasks and reporting
Contribute to IR/HR matters and staff development
Maintain store presentation and product knowledge
