Job Description

Support to the stakeholders of Enterprise Risk management and facilitation of processes. Providing user community support during the quarterly risk assessments and assistance to review all aspects of risk incl. risk identification, risk evaluation, risk rating, control effectiveness, task progress, mitigation control, etc. Tracking and communicating the status of the implementation of mitigation plans. Assisting with articulation of appropriate control measures to address matters raised in audit findings. Analysing risk and incident databases when needed and produce analysis reports. Participate and arrange risk meetings and workshops including maintaining the back-up repository for reports, minutes, Key Risk Indicators and Health and safety statistics. Incident management, SHEQ management and Organisational Resilience support and training

Qualification: NQF Level 6 Diploma in Risk or a related field of study. Relevant short courses in risk management and/or Organisational Resilience will be advantageous. SAMTRAC Certificate or equivalent occupational OHS training, will be advantageous. Minimum 3 years
relevant work experience with: Computer literacy, MS Office (excel intermediate to advanced); Good working knowledge of risk management tools. A good understanding of risk management concepts, principles, and processes
