Quality Control Supervisor ( Apparel and textiles)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to lead our quality control efforts in the textiles manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the quality control department, manage a team and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant / similar.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in quality control within the textiles manufacturing industry essential
• Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards advantageous
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role NON NEGOTIABLE
• Proficiency in using quality control tools, testing equipment, and data analysis software(excel).
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, and to work collaboratively
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards.
