Job Description
• Lead and manage projects
• Ensuring adherence to timelines
• Budgets and quality specifications
• Develop comprehensive project plans. Including scope, schedules, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, compliance with safety regulations, and quality standards
• Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction or roofing industry
• In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to project challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies:
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar tools)
• Understanding of roofing design software and estimation tools
• Ability to navigate compliance and safety regulations in the construction industry
