Job Description
Reports To: CEO
Job Summary:
Bosch RMS Automotive Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Personnel / Personal Assistant to support the company's HR functions while also managing administrative and PA duties. The ideal candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, and office administration, while also assisting senior management with scheduling, communication, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Duties
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Maintain employee records, contracts, leave tracking, and performance appraisals.
Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, and employee incentives.
2. Administration & Office Management
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a smooth workflow.
Oversee document control, filing systems, and general office correspondence.
Support financial administration, including invoices, petty cash, and procurement.
Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and company events coordination.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations in the workplace.
3. Personal Assistant Duties
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO/senior management.
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Draft and prepare emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives.
Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on key action points.
Assist in project coordination and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, HR software, and office management tools.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
