Job Description

Our client based in Walmer is looking to recruit a Service Advisor
• Working hours – Monday to Friday 07:30 to 17:00 and every third Saturday from 07:30 to 12:30 (Saturdays are paid as overtime)
• Daily duties
o Prepare quotations
o Check vehicles in
o Meet & greet customers
o Source parts, order parts, receive parts.
o Manage progress of service/repair
o Handover Vehicle to customer
• Skills required
o Friendly and outgoing
o Good customer service ethic
o Great communication skills
o Good understanding of cars
o Computer literate
o Drivers licence
o Accuracy and attention to detail
• Computer programs
o Word
o Excel
o Sage
• Salary
o R15,000.00 per month, review after 3 months.
• Additional
o Motor Industry experience in the same/similar role
o Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
