Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to promote and sell lifestyle products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Must be able to cold call.
- Must be able to handle objections effectively

Requirements
Verbal and written communication skills
Strong emotional intelligence attributes
Ability to collaborate with, lead and educate fellow staff
Adeptness at analysing facts, problem-solving, decision-making, and demonstrating good judgment
Practical knowledge of CRM, use and execution for higher-level or pipeline management efficiencies
Ability to understand and discuss the loan agreement with customers
